Hey Bert, We beat the Eagles 2-1, should have been much more. We then lost 7-2 to the Galaxy CVU. They were really good but not better than us. We came out soft and with a lack of intensity. Like we thought they were better than us. Gave up 5 in the first half. The second half we played much better. It was 2-2 in second half. We beat BF310 1-0 on Sunday. This is the team we scrimmaged and lost 9-5. We played much better and played with purpose. It was a great win

Hi Shaun! things are good here, all healthy, thanks. Hope all is well with you and your family! Apologies for the delay in getting back. We talked with Coach Callaghan about it before we stopped training in the spring and at the time we didn’t know what was going to happen. Darragh was accepted at Thacher and decided to attend—he started up classes last week. We knew that if he decided on Thacher he would be stepping away from the team, and we talked with Coach about that. So as of now Darragh won’t be playing because of his commitments to school. That being said Coach did mention about the idea of having Darragh on the roster as a backup player for tournaments, etc. Not sure if that’s still a possibility, but it would be great if possible.

Hello Bert. I hope all is well! As you know I did not collect dues during Covid and as a result did not make it a priority to go to the bank that VFC has an account at to deposit the checks that I had in my safe. I went today and they would not deposit the checks that were written in March or before. I have one of those checks from you, for Feb. The bank said that you can change the date on the check and initial or write you new one if you ate willing. I can change the date on it and initial for you if that is easier.
